Fabulous Product!
This is a repeat buy for me. And a product I now use frequently throughout the week. Training for triathlon can leave muscles very fatigued and ABM just gives them the lift they often need. I love its smell and the way it goes on to the skin. It’s just a classy product all round

Love this product because it’s very easy to incorporate into my routine. Most of us are deficient in magnesium but not all of us know how to increase it through our diet or want to take another supplement. I exercise every day and have trouble sleeping at night so I love using a product that helps my muscles to relax AND helps me sleep better at night! Highly recommend!

Love your moisturiser. I'm already using the wash and the CBD gel which are brilliant. The moisturiser is perfect for after exercise. It rubs in really quickly, smells great and I feel great afterwards. I really notice it's benefits if I have pushed myself a bit... I just don't feel sore or stiff after using this. A little goes a long way. Its now permanently in my gym bag.

I am obsessed with the smell of this moisturiser!!! I thought it was going to be more of a functional product but it is so nice to use too! Makes my skin super soft, I use it going to bed and I think it helps me sleep better too. I will be buying again once I run out!
