Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, contact us at info@nuasan.com or call +353 91 394 459.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days. Original standard shipping costs are included in your refund for EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received it, contact us at info@nuasan.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email info@nuasan.com and send your item to: Nuasan, An Fuaran, Moycullen, Co. Galway, H91 VYR2, Ireland.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund. For items over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance - we can't guarantee receipt of your returned item.
